    Hyundai подводит итоги первого года работы сервиса онлайн-подписки на автомобили Hyundai Mobility. Презентация платформы и официальный запуск Hyundai Mobility состоялись ровно год назад – 14 октября 2019 года. Этому предшествовала активная работа над проектом, стартовавшая в мае прошлого года. 

    Отправной точкой в истории сервиса стало подписание соглашения о партнерстве между компанией «Хендэ Мотор СНГ» и Инновационным центром «Сколково» для создания стартапа, сфокусированного на разработке и коммерциализации IT-решений и новых сервисов. В июле 2019 года была зарегистрирована компания Hyundai Mobility Lab, получившая резидентство «Сколково» в сентябре того же года. Главный принцип проекта Hyundai Mobility – полностью автоматизированный процесс взаимодействия с клиентом, позволяющий получить услугу максимально удобно через специальное приложение. 

    Ключевые итоги первого года с Hyundai Mobility

    За первый год работы проекта, во многом задавшего направление развития цифровых услуг на российском автомобильном рынке, сервисом онлайн-подписки Hyundai Mobility воспользовались 1 600 клиентов. Этот результат говорит об интересе потребителей к digital-услугам в сфере мобильности и готовности использовать их на регулярной основе, а также об актуальности проекта, доказавшего свою эффективность в современных реалиях жизни.    

    На протяжении первого года проект Hyundai Mobility развивался, адаптируясь под запросы и удобство клиентов. Так, была усовершенствована главная страница мобильного приложения, в нем появились демо-режим и услуга предварительного бронирования автомобиля, а также функция уведомления о появлении нужного авто. Изначально забрать автомобили можно было в дилерских центрах бренда в Москве. В декабре прошлого года к программе присоединилась и северная столица. Сегодня в проекте участвуют 46 пунктов выдачи в 20 крупнейших городах России. В их числе – Москва, Санкт-Петербург, Казань, Ростов-на-Дону, Нижний Новгород, Краснодар, Сочи, Симферополь, Самара, Новосибирск, Калининград, Екатеринбург, Уфа, Воронеж, Челябинск, Красноярск, Пермь, Омск и Волгоград и Барнаул. 

    Увеличение автопарка и разработка новых тарифов

    Самой популярной моделью стал кроссовер Hyundai Santa Fe, второй по востребованности –  Hyundai Tucson. В перечень доступных для подписки автомобилей также входят компактный кроссовер Creta, седан Sonata и микроавтобус H-1. В этом году были добавлены новые комплектации этих моделей – каждая из них предлагает высокий уровень комфорта за счет расширенного набора полезных опций. В 2021 году автопарк Hyundai Mobility увеличится за счет тесного сотрудничества с дилерскими центрами марки. 

    Самым востребованным тарифом остается долгосрочная подписка Freedom сроком на один год. Пользователи охотно брали автомобили и на меньший срок – по тарифу Country от дня до месяца и по сезонному тарифу Leto, для которых в летний период действовало предложение по удвоенному пробегу. В разработке находятся новые тарифные планы и акции, которые помогут сделать подписку Hyundai Mobility еще более гибкой и удобной. 

    Для клиентов, подписавших годовой контракт по тарифу Freedom, уже запущена юбилейная программа лояльности. При заключении нового годового контракта в течение месяца с последней покупки они получают 2 000 км дополнительного пробега при оформлении подписки Freedom со стандартным пробегом в 1 000 км/мес и дополнительные 5 000 км для варианта годовой подписки с допустимым пробегом в 2 500 км/мес. Бонусные километры можно использовать в течение всего периода подписки. Кроме того, скоро появится новый сезонный тариф Zima с удвоенным с 2 500 км/мес до 5 000 км/мес пробегом – идеальный вариант подписки для планирования автомобильных путешествий на зимние курорты.

    Современный формат использования автомобиля без лишних забот

    Сервис Hyundai Mobility дает возможность быстро и дистанционно оформить подписку на доступные модели Hyundai на любой удобный период от одного дня до года, а также избавляет клиентов от большинства забот, связанных с привычным автовладением. Компания берет на себя регистрацию автомобиля и оплату транспортного налога, страхование ОСАГО и полное КАСКО без франшизы, техническое обслуживание в официальной дилерской сети Hyundai, круглосуточную помощь на дорогах, предоставление ряда полезных аксессуаров, хранение и замену сезонных шин. 

    Использовать автомобиль можно как свой собственный на всей территории Российской Федерации и за рубежом. Не считая Россию, за первый год работы сервиса клиенты Hyundai Mobility уже успели посетить 9 стран: Латвию, Финляндию, Беларусь, Польшу, Германию, Швейцарию, Италию, Монако и Австрию. Суммарный пробег пользователей за весь период составил около 7 млн километров. 

    Процесс оформления подписки и управление ею осуществляются онлайн с помощью одноименного мобильного приложения для iOS и Android. После прохождения процедуры регистрации по паспорту и водительскому удостоверению становятся доступны онлайн-бронирование и онлайн-оплата без залога и первоначального взноса. В режиме реального времени в приложении отображаются модели, их комплектации и дилерские центры Hyundai на выбор. Передача подготовленного и продезинфицированного автомобиля проходит бесконтактно на парковках Hyundai Mobility на территории ДЦ. На экране мобильного телефона видна вся актуальная информация о подписке. 

    Проекты Genesis Mobility и Business Mobility

    Помимо проекта Hyundai Mobility, в июне текущего года компания вывела услугу подписки в премиальный сегмент с запуском сервиса Genesis Mobility. Месяцем ранее была запущена программа долгосрочной аренды автомобилей Hyundai и Genesis для юридических лиц Business Mobility, которой уже успели воспользоваться 50 компаний. В будущем планируется создать удобный онлайн-инструмент для оформления услуг операционного лизинга Business Mobility Office и предоставить возможность посуточной аренды для юридических лиц.

    Услуга Mobikey

    В стратегию последовательной цифровизации компании и клиентских услуг Hyundai входят и другие инновационные проекты. Один из них – цифровой ключ Mobikey, позволяющий владельцу управлять автомобилем дистанционно, делиться доступом к нему онлайн и подключать подписки на консьерж-сервисы. Уже доступное для скачивания приложение Mobikey можно использовать для автомобилей Hyundai со специальным телематическим устройством. В перспективе таким устройством будут оснащены все автомобили в подписной линейке Hyundai Mobility, а также локальные модели Solaris и Creta. Впоследствии функция Mobikey будет интегрирована в клиентскую платформу «Мир Хёндэ».

    Онлайн-продажи и продажи автомобилей с пробегом

    Кроме того, в начале декабря этого года на официальном сайте Hyundai стартуют онлайн-продажи практически всех автомобилей марки. Клиентам станут доступны дистанционная покупка автомобилей за личные средства и в кредит, а также услуга страхования.

    Наконец, компания планирует запустить авторское мобильное приложение по продаже автомобилей с пробегом Uka. Благодаря установленному телематическому устройству все реализуемые на этой платформе автомобили Hyundai будут обладать максимально прозрачной историей. 

    Все вышеперечисленные digital-проекты реализуются командой Hyundai Mobility Lab, которая выросла с 7 человек в момент основания стартапа до 23 сотрудников, работающих в компании на данный момент.
