    Hyundai Motor Group представила новую специализированную платформу для аккумуляторных электромобилей — глобальную электрическую модульную платформу E-GMP. Ее премьера состоялась в ходе презентации E-GMP Digital Discovery. Платформа станет основой для линейки аккумуляторных электромобилей Hyundai Motor Group следующего поколения. Мероприятие транслировалось на официальном YouTube-канале Hyundai Motor Group и на глобальной информационной платформе Channel Hyundai. 

    С 2021 года на базе E-GMP будут создаваться новые аккумуляторные электромобили, включая электрокроссовер IONIQ 5 и первый аккумуляторный электромобиль Kia, выход которого намечен на 2021 год, а также ряд других моделей. 

    E-GMP разработана специально для аккумуляторных электромобилей и предлагает ряд преимуществ по сравнению с существующими платформами Группы, которые предназначены в основном для двигателей внутреннего сгорания. Среди таких преимуществ — повышенная гибкость разработки, более высокий уровень безопасности, улучшенные ходовые характеристики, увеличенный запас хода и расширенное пространство салона для пассажиров и багажа.

    Максимальная гибкость разработки за счет модульной архитектуры и стандартизации

    E-GMP проще аналогов благодаря модульности и стандартизации и позволяет быстро и гибко разрабатывать решения, которые могут использоваться для большинства автомобильных сегментов, включая седаны, кроссоверы и компактные кроссоверы. Кроме того, за счет гибкой разработки можно удовлетворять разные запросы клиентов в плане ходовых качеств автомобиля. Спортивная модель сможет разгоняться до 100 км/ч менее чем за 3,5 секунды, а максимальная скорость будет достигать 260 км/ч. 

    E-GMP сыграет важную роль в укреплении лидерских позиций Группы в сегменте электромобилей, так как поможет компании в относительно сжатые сроки расширить линейку электромобилей благодаря модульной архитектуре и стандартизации.

    Ходовые качества, безопасность и максимум пространства

    E-GMP отличается повышенной устойчивостью в поворотах и на высоких скоростях. Этого удалось добиться благодаря оптимальной развесовке с низким центром тяжести за счет низкого размещения аккумуляторной батареи.

    Автомобили E-GMP обладают отличными ходовыми качествами благодаря мощному электродвигателю. Пятирычажная задняя подвеска, которая обычно применяется для средне- и крупноразмерных автомобилей, и первая в мире серийная интегрированная ведущая ось (IDA), представляющая собой единый узел с колесными подшипниками и валом привода для передачи крутящего момента на колеса, повышают плавность хода и устойчивость при маневрировании.

    Аккумулятор в платформе защищен специальной несущей рамой из сверхпрочной стали. Рама окружена стальными элементами, изготовленными методом горячей штамповки, что обеспечивает дополнительную жесткость. В случае аварии энергия столкновения эффективно рассеивается по специальным энергопоглощающим участкам кузова и шасси, продуманным путям распределения нагрузки и через центральный участок аккумуляторного блока, жестко связанного с кузовом. Более того, укрепив конструкцию несущей части, расположенной перед приборной панелью, инженеры смогли минимизировать энергию столкновения с силовой электрической системой и аккумулятором. Особая конструкция для распределения нагрузок на передних стойках предотвращает деформацию пассажирского отделения.

    E-GMP предлагает увеличенное внутреннее пространство благодаря длинной колесной базе, коротким переднему и заднему свесам и узкой зоне размещения водителя. Аккумуляторный блок находится под полом, поэтому пол в салоне E-GMP совершенно плоский. Это дает дополнительное пространство для ног пассажиров, а также допускает различные варианты размещения передних и задних сидений.

    Сам аккумуляторный блок, находящийся между передней и задней осью, имеет наивысшую удельную плотность из всех аккумуляторов, когда-либо предлагавшихся Hyundai Motor Group. Частично этого удалось добиться благодаря оптимизации системы охлаждения за счет использования отдельной охлаждающей секции, что позволило сократить размеры аккумуляторного блока. Благодаря удельной плотности почти на 10% больше, чем у существующих аналогов, аккумулятор имеет меньшую массу, может устанавливаться ниже в кузове, что ведет к увеличению свободного пространства в салоне.

    Экономичная и мощная электрическая система

    Новая компактная электрическая система в E-GMP состоит из мощного электродвигателя, трансмиссии и инвертора. Три этих компонента связаны в один компактный модуль. Это обеспечивает отличные ходовые качества благодаря увеличению максимальных оборотов электродвигателя на 70% по сравнению с существующими электродвигателями. Высокоскоростной двигатель меньше других моторов, при этом имеет сравнимую мощность, а также дает преимущество в плане пространства и массы. 

    Кроме того, стандартизированную аккумуляторную систему можно настроить под потребности конкретного автомобильного сегмента: увеличив запас хода или изменив другие характеристики по желанию клиента.

    Электродвигатель управляется инверторным силовым блоком на базе карбид-кремниевых полупроводников. Этот двигатель повышает экономичность системы примерно на 2-3%, что обеспечивает больший пробег примерно на 5% на одном заряде.

    В E-GMP используется задний привод. Клиент сможет выбрать задний привод или полный привод, для которого можно установить дополнительный электродвигатель. Полноприводная система включает расцепитель трансмиссии, который управляет соединением между дополнительным электродвигателем и передними колесами, и переключатель режима «задний/полный привод» для снижения энергопотребления за счет оптимальной подачи мощности в зависимости от текущих условий движения.

    Во всех автомобилях на платформе E-GMP используется стандартизированный аккумуляторный модуль. Он состоит из стандартных пакетных элементов, число которых может подстраиваться под потребности конкретного автомобиля.

    Зарядная система с поддержкой разных источников (400 В и 800 В) и двунаправленного преобразования энергии

    Большинство электромобилей и станций экспресс-зарядки обеспечивают зарядку примерно в 50-150 кВт, а также оснащаются 400-вольтной системой, однако разработка 800-вольтной инфраструктуры, с возможностью подзарядки до 350 кВт, позволит еще больше сократить время зарядки. 

    В соответствии с этой тенденцией, Hyundai Motor Group стала стратегическим партнером и акционером IONITY, ведущей европейской сети зарядных станций высокой мощности. IONITY управляет 308-ю станциями высокой мощности (HPC) – мощностью до 350 кВт, расположенных вдоль крупных автомагистралей Европы. Компания планирует увеличить число станций до 400 к 2022 году, включая 51 станцию, строящуюся в настоящее время.

    E-GMP предлагает возможность зарядки в стандартной комплектации в 800 В, а также позволяет заряжать от 400-вольтного источника без дополнительных переходников. Это первая в мире запатентованная система зарядки от разных источников, включающая электродвигатель и инвертор, которая поддерживает системы зарядки на 400 В и 800 В.

    Аккумуляторный электромобиль на базе E-GMP имеет максимальный запас хода более 500 км (в цикле WLTP) при полностью заряженном аккумуляторе. Более того, аккумулятор можно зарядить на 80% всего за 18 минут, а пятиминутная зарядка обеспечивает запас хода до 100 км.

    В отличие от прошлых аккумуляторных электромобилей, которые поддерживают только одностороннюю зарядку, зарядная система E-GMP более гибкая. Новый интегрированный модуль управления зарядкой (ICCU) в E-GMP представляет собой дальнейшее развитие существующих бортовых зарядных устройств (OBC), которые, как правило, обеспечивают передачу электроэнергии только в одном направлении — от внешнего источника питания. ICCU позволяет реализовать функцию V2L, с помощью которой можно использовать энергию аккумулятора для других нужд без дополнительных компонентов. Благодаря этому аккумуляторный автомобиль на базе E-GMP можно использовать для питания других электрических потребителей (110/220 В). Система способна зарядить даже другой электромобиль.

    Новая функция V2L дает мощность до 3,5 кВт, что достаточно для работы среднего кондиционера и 55-дюймового телевизора в течение 24 часов.

    E-GMP будет способствовать росту продаж электромобилей во всем мире

    Hyundai Motor Group прилагает серьезные усилия для подготовки к новой эпохе электромобилей. Kia запустила свой первый серийный аккумуляторный автомобиль Ray EV в 2011 году в Корее, а Soul EV продается на мировых рынках с 2014 года. В 2015 году Группа завершила ввод в эксплуатацию системы серийного производства всех электрифицированных автомобилей, включая гибридные, подзаряжаемые гибридные, аккумуляторные электромобили и электромобили на топливных элементах.

    E-GMP поможет Hyundai Motor Group реализовать планы по выводу 23 моделей аккумуляторных электромобилей, включая 11 абсолютно новых моделей, и к 2025 году продать во всем мире более 1 млн таких автомобилей. В соответствии со своей программой развития линейки аккумуляторных электромобилей в августе 2020 года Hyundai Motor Company запустила суббренд электромобилей IONIQ, под которым к 2024 году выйдут три аккумуляторные модели: IONIQ 5, 6 и 7. В настоящее время они охватывают сразу несколько сегментов.

    Kia также осуществляет трансформацию бизнеса с целью концентрации на производстве электромобилей в рамках подготовки к эпохе электрификации в соответствии со своей средне- и долгосрочной стратегией Plan S. В сентябре Kia объявила о планах к 2025 году увеличить долю аккумуляторных автомобилей в общих продажах до 20%. Недавно компания также опубликовала первые изображения семи аккумуляторных электромобилей, которые будут последовательно представлены до 2027 года.
