    Компания Hyundai Motor представила обновленный план развития бизнеса «Стратегия-2025» в рамках форума CEO Investor Day 2020, прошедшего в виртуальном формате в Сеуле. 

    Комплексная средне- и долгосрочная стратегия, которую представили акционерам и инвесторам президент и генеральный директор Ли Вонхи (Wonhee Lee) вместе с другими топ-менеджерами, дополняет планы Hyundai по трансформации компании в поставщика интеллектуальных мобильных решений и укреплению лидерства в индустрии мобильности будущего. 

    В основе обновленной «Стратегии-2025» лежат три категории: устройства интеллектуальной мобильности и услуги интеллектуальной мобильности, которые были частью оригинального плана 2019 года, а также водородные решения, добавление которых отражает стремление Hyundai разрабатывать и выводить на рынок решения на топливных элементах. 

    Обновленная стратегия Hyundai Motor предполагает достижение трех главных целей: повышение конкурентоспособности автомобильного подразделения за счет электрификации, формирование базы для трансформации в ведущего поставщика транспортных услуг и продвижение инициатив, связанных с водородной экосистемой. Она также предусматривает создание инновационных комплексных мобильных решений и участие в развитии общеотраслевой экосистемы. Для этого в стратегии выделены четыре основные продуктовые категории: электромобили, городской воздушный транспорт (UAM), технологии автономного вождения и система водородных топливных элементов.

Несмотря на непростую экономическую обстановку в связи с глобальной пандемией COVID-19, мы заложили успешную основу для роста бизнеса в следующие пять лет. Сегодня Hyundai обладает новыми стратегиями для оперативного реагирования на меняющуюся бизнес-среду. Наряду с непрерывными усилиями по повышению прибыльности, Hyundai Motor сохранит свои средне- и долгосрочные инвестиции для создания фундамента для устойчивого роста в ближайшие годы», – отметил президент Hyundai Motor Ли Вонхи. 

    На форуме топ-менеджеры компании, включая президента и главу научно-исследовательского подразделения Hyundai Motor Group Альберта Бирманна (Albert Biermann), исполнительного вице-президента и главу подразделения городского воздушного транспорта Шин Чжэвона (Jaiwon Shin), старшего вице-президента и главу центра топливных элементов Ким Сэхуна (Saehoon Kim), а также вице-президента и главу центра автономного вождения Вунг Чжун Чжанга (Woongjun Jang), выступили с презентациями по каждому из основных бизнес-направлений.

    Hyundai Motor также представила свои средне- и долгосрочные финансовые цели, среди которых – инвестиции в размере 60,1 трлн вон до 2025 года, увеличение операционной маржи в автомобильном секторе до 8% и достижение доли мирового авторынка в 5%.

    Обновленная «Стратегия-2025»

    В начале пандемии Hyundai Motor прогнозировала, что кризис приведет к быстрой цифровой трансформации автомобильной отрасли и увеличению потребительского спроса на устойчивые решения, а также ускорит переход от ископаемого топлива к электрификации за счет роста инвестиций в развитие водородной экосистемы во всем мире.

    По обозначенным в стратегии ключевым направлениям «Устройств интеллектуальной мобильности» и «Услуг интеллектуальной мобильности» компания планирует поддерживать цепочку поставок и расширять ассортимент, параллельно ускоряя цифровую трансформацию с целью разработки оптимизированных автомобилей и услуг на основе данных. Hyundai также планирует открыть бизнес-подразделение услуг интеллектуальной мобильности на базе интегрированных мобильных платформ. Компания расширит спектр услуг мобильности для отдельных сообществ и диверсифицирует свою бизнес-модель с помощью автомобильных данных.

    В ключевом направлении «Водородных решений» компания ускорит развитие инициатив, связанных с водородной экосистемой, за счет модернизации технологии топливных элементов и выхода соответствующего подразделения за пределы разработки автомобилей на топливных элементах. Компания планирует применять свою систему топливных элементов во всех транспортных сферах, включая водные суда, железнодорожные поезда, вилочные погрузчики и городской воздушный транспорт.

    Электромобили

    В 2021 году Hyundai выпустит модель IONIQ 5, а к 2025 году планирует продавать 560 000 электромобилей ежегодно. Компания собирается представить более 12 аккумуляторных электромобилей, включая модели на базе E-GMP – специализированной платформы Hyundai Motor Group для электромобилей. 

    В средне- и долгосрочной перспективе Hyundai намеревается стать лидером рынка электромобилей и к 2040 году занять 8-10% мирового рынка электромобилей. С 2030 года компания будет постепенно расширять ассортимент аккумуляторных электромобилей на ключевых рынках, таких как США, Европа и Китай, и в конечном счете к 2040 году планирует полностью электрифицировать свою продуктовую линейку на главных мировых рынках. Она также займется повышением доступности электромобилей на развивающихся рынках, таких как Индия, Россия и Бразилия за счет диверсификации электрифицированных моделей. 

    Для решения этой задачи Hyundai обеспечит конкурентоспособность производства благодаря дальнейшей стандартизации деталей и сокращения затрат.     Для бренда премиальных автомобилей Genesis в 2021 году будут представлены отдельная BEV-модель и производный электромобиль. Вслед за Южной Кореей и США Genesis планирует расширить свое присутствие в Китае и Европе и займется повышением узнаваемости и спроса на экологичные модели бренда.

    Городская воздушная мобильность (UAM)

    В роли поставщика интеллектуальных мобильных решений Hyundai Motor продолжит разрабатывать инновационные концепции городской воздушной мобильности, которые помогут снизить загруженность городов и повысить качество жизни людей.

    На выставке CES 2020 Hyundai рассказала о своем видении мобильности будущего, представив концепт-модель городского летательного аппарата S-A1, в основе которого лежат четыре принципа: безопасность, бесшумность, доступность и антропоцентричность.

    Чтобы стать лидером рынка UAM, Hyundai Motor создаст семейство летательных аппаратов для пассажирских и грузовых перевозок.

    Компания планирует представить беспилотную летательную систему UAS для перевозки грузов с гибридной силовой установкой в 2026 году и полностью электрическую модель UAM, адаптированную к городской эксплуатации, в 2028 году.     Технологии автономного вождения

    Hyundai Motor наращивает усилия по разработке технологий автономного вождения, особенно в сфере слияния данных датчиков и интегрированного контроллера.

    Hyundai применяет технологию слияния данных, интегрирующую и обрабатывающую информацию с различных датчиков, таких как камеры и радары. Компания добавит больше камер и начнет использовать лидары в серийных автомобилях для дальнейшего повышения точности распознавания.

    Hyundai разрабатывает интегрированный контроллер нового поколения, основанный на существующем контроллере с добавлением дополнительных высокопроизводительных процессоров. Кроме того, компания ускорит коммерциализацию систем 4-го и 5-го уровня в рамках партнерских проектов по всему миру. Образование Motional Inc., совместного предприятия Hyundai и Aptiv lnc., выступает частью программы Hyundai в сфере глобальной кооперации. Hyundai планирует продолжить сотрудничество и стратегические инвестиции в международные компании в США, Китае и Израиле, а также собственные разработки по усовершенствованию беспилотных технологий для разных целей.

    Система топливных элементов

    Hyundai также представила новый бренд HTWO, под эгидой которого будет предлагать свою лучшую в мире систему водородных топливных элементов. Новый бренд, в основе которого лежит более чем 20-летний опыт Hyundai по разработке технологии топливных элементов, займется укреплением положительного имиджа водорода как нового источника энергии для человечества. Название HTWO – расшифровка обозначения молекулы водорода H2, а также отсылка к «Водороду» и «Человечеству» – двум ключевым идеям подразделения топливных элементов Hyundai. Запуск нового бренда системы топливных элементов поможет в развитии международного подразделения топливных элементов Hyundai и расширении водородной экосистемы.

    С помощью HTWO Hyundai Motor Group активизирует разработку системы водородных топливных элементов нового поколения, которая найдет применение в разных видах мобильности, включая городской воздушный транспорт, автомобили, водные суда и железнодорожные поезда. Система водородных топливных элементов нового поколения не только будет доступна для целого ряда разнообразных продуктов и услуг мобильности, но и предложит улучшенные показатели производительности и долговечности по доступной цене при меньшей массе и повышенной плотности энергии. На основе этой системы концерн намерен создать диверсифицированную линейку автомобилей на водородном топливе.

    В рамках стратегических партнерств с компаниями, работающими в сфере производства водорода, энергетики и логистики во всем мире, Hyundai Motor Group удалось расширить направление деятельности, связанное с топливными элементами, ускорив переход к водородному обществу и заложив основу для собственного бренда HTWO с первоначальным фокусом на ключевых регионах, включая Южную Корею, США, Европу и Китай.

    После выпуска первого в мире серийного электромобиля на топливных элементах ix35 в 2013 году концерн планомерно расширял семейство экологичных автомобилей с системой топливных элементов, таких как кроссовер Hyundai NEXO, тяжелый грузовик XCIENT Fuel Cell и электробус на топливных элементах. В роли координирующего участника Совета по водородным технологиям, международной коалиции ведущих энергетических, транспортных и отраслевых компаний, разделяющих стратегическое видение и долгосрочные цели вокруг водорода, Hyundai активно содействует глобальному переходу к чистой энергии.

    Финансовые цели

    В рамках «Стратегии-2025» Hyundai представила и обновленные средне- и долгосрочные финансовые цели на 2020-2025 годы, среди которых – инвестиции в размере 60,1 трлн вон до 2025 года, увеличение операционной маржи в автомобильном секторе до 8% и достижение доли мирового авторынка в 5%. Это обновление плана, опубликованного в декабре 2019 года, который будет реализован, несмотря на замедление экономической активности в связи с пандемией.

    Из этих средств 36,6 трлн вон будут выделено на НИОКР и капитальные вложения для повышения конкурентоспособности существующих направлений, 23,5 трлн вон будут направлены на развитие технологий будущего, включая электрификацию, водородные топливные элементы, технологии беспилотного вождения, UAM, услуги и платформу мобильности, коммуникационные решения, ИИ и робототехнику. 

    В частности, инвестиции в электрификацию и водородное направление выросли с заявленных в прошлом году 10,4 трлн вон до 14,9 трлн вон из-за полномасштабного развертывания водородного бизнеса и расширения линейки электромобилей.

    Несмотря на неопределенность на мировых рынках вследствие пандемии, Hyundai Motor продолжит стремиться к своей цели в 8% операционной маржи в автомобильном секторе к 2025 году за счет эффективных вложений, которые обеспечат устойчивый будущий рост.

    По направлению автомобилей с ДВС, мировой спрос на которые должен восстановиться после окончания пандемии, компания сосредоточится на восстановлении прибыльности благодаря более широкой адаптации платформ третьего поколения для разных моделей, оптимизации производства в региональных подразделениях, инновациях в рознице и глобальному развитию бренда премиальных автомобилей Genesis.

    По направлению электромобилей компания укрепит свое лидерство благодаря появлению платформы E-GMP, которая повысит конкурентоспособность во всех сегментах этого бизнеса, включая разработку, производство и продажи, и обеспечит прибыльность на уровне традиционных автомобилей с ДВС. 

    Наконец, компания стремится увеличить свою акционерную стоимость за счет дружественной рыночной политики. Несмотря на беспокойство, вызванное экономической неопределенностью в 2021 году, Hyundai Motor рассмотрит возможность выплаты ежегодных дивидендов в случае восстановления ликвидности и доходов.
