    Компания Hyundai Motor успешно доставила первую партию из семи первых в мире серийных тяжелых грузовиков на топливных элементах XCIENT Fuel Cell клиентам в Швейцарии. Данная поставка XCIENT Fuel Cell символизирует официальный выход коммерческих автомобилей Hyundai на европейский рынок – тестовую площадку перед экспансией на рынки коммерческого транспорта в Северной Америке и Китае. Всего в 2020 году на дороги Швейцарии выйдет 50 таких грузовиков.

    К 2021 году производство грузовиков XCIENT Fuel Cell достигнет 2 000 единиц в год для поддержки экспансии в Европе, США и Китае на фоне растущего спроса на экологичный транспорт. Для увеличения мощностей компания инвестирует 1,3 млрд долларов в дополнение к объявленным ранее вложениям в размере 6,4 млрд долларов для создания водородной экосистемы и развития водородного общества.

    В США Hyundai сотрудничает с ведущими компаниями в сфере коммерческих перевозок с целью поставки серийных тяжелых грузовиков на топливных элементах. В октябре 2019 года на Североамериканском салоне коммерческого транспорта NACV дебютировал концепт грузовика на топливных элементах для тяжелых условий эксплуатации HDC-6 NEPTUNE Concept Class 8 от Hyundai, указавший дальнейшее направление будущего развития. Для реализации соответствующего плана Hyundai в партнерстве с другими компаниями развивает всю производственно-сбытовую цепочку водородных решений, начиная от производства водорода и строительства заправочных станций и заканчивая сервисными центрами и ремонтными мастерскими. На рынке Северной Америки будет также доступен тягач с колесной формулой 6x4. К 2030 году Hyundai планирует выпустить на дороги США более 12 000 грузовиков на топливных элементах.

    Hyundai также взаимодействует с разными партнерами в Китае, где к 2030 году планируется выпуск одного миллиона водородных автомобилей на фоне стремительного роста водородной индустрии в стране, формирующего богатый потенциал для развития. Изначально Hyundai сосредоточит свои усилия на четырех крупнейших водородных хабах Китая: Цзин-Цзинь-Цзи, дельте реки Янцзы, провинции Гуандон и провинции Сычуань. В настоящее время ведутся переговоры о проектах в рамках совместных предприятий с локальными партнерами.

    В Китае планируется запуск трех грузовиков с электрической силовой установкой на топливных элементах, включая грузовик средней грузоподъемности в 2022 году, тяжелый грузовик через пару лет после этого и еще один тяжелый грузовик, специально разработанный для китайского рынка. Предварительно, к 2030 году эти модели помогут Hyundai добиться суммарного объема продаж в 27 000 единиц.

    Ключевым моментом в глобальной экспансии грузовиков Hyundai на топливных элементах станет успешный запуск XCIENT Fuel Cell в Европе. Семь заказчиков, получивших первую партию грузовиков XCIENT Fuel Cell, будут использовать их для перевозки потребительских товаров по территории Швейцарии. Во время эксплуатации грузовики будут выделять только чистую воду. Их работа будет поддерживаться за счет развитой водородной экосистемы.

    В 2019 году Hyundai Motor и швейцарская компания H2 Energy образовали совместное предприятие Hyundai Hydrogen Mobility (HHM). HHM также сотрудничает с Hydrospider – совместным предприятием компаний H2 Energy, Alpiq и Linde. Клиенты будут сдавать грузовики XCIENT Fuel Cell от HHM в лизинг по схеме оплаты по мере использования, не требующей первоначальных вложений. Hyundai планирует применить успешную модель в Швейцарии и на других европейских рынках, где компания занимается активным развитием решений и партнерских сетей в Германии, Норвегии, Нидерландах и Австрии.

    План Hyundai по развитию производства предусматривает поставку 1 600 коммерческих грузовиков на топливных элементах к 2025 году. Заказы на XCIENT Fuel Cell уже поступили от Coop, Migros, Traveco, Galliker Logistics, Camion Transport, F. Murpf AG, G. Leclerc Transport AG и некоторых других компаний. Они будут использовать грузовики для перевозки самых разных грузов по Европе, начиная от продуктов питания и заканчивая автомобилями.

    Для поддержания растущей водородной экосистемы Hyundai успешно развернула в Швейцарии более 100 водородных заправочных станций. Этого количества достаточно не только для коммерческих, но и для легковых электромобилей на топливных элементах. Помимо этого, Hyundai планирует выступить в роли интегратора в этом секторе, объединяя разных игроков в водородной производственно-сбытовой цепочке для повышения экономической привлекательности сегмента.

    Грузовик XCIENT оснащен водородной силовой установкой мощностью 190 кВт, состоящей из двух батарей топливных элементов по 95 кВт каждая. Семь больших резервуаров вмещают около 32,09 кг водорода. Запас хода Hyundai XCIENT Fuel Cell на одном заряде составляет примерно 400 км  – оптимальный баланс между пожеланиями потенциальных клиентов, занятых коммерческими перевозками, и особенностями инфраструктуры заправок Швейцарии. Время заправки одного грузовика занимает 8-20 минут.

    В ближайшие несколько лет Hyundai представит масштабное изменение модели XCIENT Fuel Cell, которая перейдет на специальную платформу для грузовиков на водородных топливных элементах. Новый грузовик будет оснащаться электрическим ведущим мостом и двумя батареями топливных элементов по 200 кВт каждая, которые находятся в разработке. В новую модельную линейку войдут грузовики с колесной формулой 4x2 и 6x2, а также тягачи 4x2, которые займут существенную долю европейского рынка тяжелых грузовиков. 44-тонный тягач GCW сможет преодолевать до 1 000 км на одной заправке. Эти модели помогут в решении задачи по замещению загрязняющих атмосферу дизельных грузовиков.

    Усилия Hyundai по развитию технологии топливных элементов и формированию цепочки поставок с целью создания водородной экономики для более чистого и светлого будущего получают международное признание. В прошлом году проект Hydrogen Mobility Solution получил награду за инновации в сегменте грузовиков на конкурсе «Международный грузовик года» (IToY). В сентябре этого года XCIENT FC удостоился награды за инновации в области водородной энергетики и технологии топливных элементов на 5-м Шанхайском форуме.
