    Стратегическое стремление Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) к увеличению в своей линейке доли электрифицированных моделей увенчалось рекордным количеством наград и призов, присужденных в 2021 году продукции Группы экспертами, представляющими наиболее авторитетные мировые средства массовой информации. Все три входящих в HMG автомобильных бренда – Hyundai Motor, Kia и Genesis – удостоены множества престижных наград в области автомобилестроения, технологий и дизайна. Награды от наиболее уважаемых журналистов стали подтверждением укрепления репутации HMG как лидера в осуществлении перехода к производству решений мобильности эпохи устойчивого развития. Каждый из трех входящих в Группу брендов представил в текущем году электромобили, задающие новые правила игры в своих сегментах. Каждая из этих моделей имеет свои уникальные черты и характеристики, но все они объединены характерными для HMG высочайшим качеством, инновационностью и отличными динамическими показателями. Genesis GV60, Hyundai IONIQ 5 и Kia EV6 построены на одной специализированной модульной платформе E-GMP (Electric-Global Modular Platform), являющейся собственной разработкой HMG, предназначенной для электромобилей.     Признание со стороны наиболее авторитетных СМИ

    2021 год начался для Hyundai Motor с победы модели Elantra в престижном конкурсе «Автомобиль года в Северной Америке» (North American Car of the Year). Вскоре последовали успехи в конкурсах одного из крупнейших британских автомобильных журналов Auto Express. По результатам голосования читателей в опросе Driver Power, модель Hyundai Kona была названа «Лучшим автомобилем для владения» в Великобритании, а в конкурсе «Новый автомобиль года» (New Car Awards) бренд Hyundai одержал убедительные победы сразу в шести категориях.     Высшие награды завоевывали не только электрические модели Hyundai Motor. Среди них – журналы Auto Express и Car Buyer, а также шотландская премия «Автомобиль года» (Scottish Car of the Year). В конкурсе BBC Top Gear компания Hyundai Motor была удостоена звания «Автопроизводитель года».

    Своих наград в конкурсе BBC Top Gear удостоился и бренд Kia. Электрическая модель EV6 была признана «Кроссовером года».     Помимо множества наград всемирно известных автомобильных изданий и конкурсов, работа HMG в столь важных областях, как качество и безопасность, неизменно получает высокие оценки ведущих отраслевых аналитиков и организаций.

    HMG стал одним из автомобильных концернов, которые чаще всего получают награды некоммерческой организации «Страховой институт дорожной безопасности» (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, IIHS). В линейках брендов HMG насчитывается уже 28 моделей, удостоенных наград IIHS: 12 из них под брендом Hyundai, 10 – Kia и 6 – Genesis.

    Каждый из брендов HMG в 2021 году также добился значительных успехов в конкурсах международного агентства исследований рынка J.D. Power. Согласно исследованию J.D. Power Tech Experience Study (Технологический уровень продукции), марка Hyundai завоевала позиции «Наиболее высоко оцениваемого бренда массового рынка». В исследовании J.D. Power 2021 Vehicle Dependability Study (Исследование надежности автомобилей) бренд Kia был признан лучшим в категории «Бренды массового рынка». Всего на долю Kia America приходится наибольшее за всю историю автоиндустрии число высших наград по итогам исследований качества новых автомобилей IQS (Initial Quality Study).

    Бренд Genesis в текущем году был также удостоен нескольких наград J.D. Power. В их числе – победа модели G80 в категории «Среднеразмерный премиальный автомобиль» в рамках исследования надежности автомобилей VDS (Vehicle Dependability Study). Эта же модель удостоилась награды «Лучший премиальный автомобиль верхнего среднего сегмента» по итогам исследования качества новых автомобилей IQS. По результатам исследования технологического уровня продукции U.S. Tech Experience Index Study бренд стал абсолютным победителем в рейтинге «Индекс максимальной инновационности», набрав 634 балла.

    2022 год – потенциал для новых успехов

    В начале следующего года будет решена судьба ряда номинаций на будущие награды. Несмотря на то, что продажи моделей Kia EV6 и Hyundai IONIQ 5 начались относительно недавно, оба этих электромобиля уже смогли войти в шорт-лист финалистов престижного конкурса «Европейский автомобиль года» (European Car of the Year).

    На прошедшем в Лос-Анджелесе в прошлом месяце автосалоне AutoMobility LA был оглашен список финалистов конкурса «Автомобиль, пикап и кроссовер/внедорожник года в Северной Америке» (North American Car, Truck and Utility Vehicle of the Year). Одним из трех финалистов в категории «Пикап» стал автомобиль Hyundai Santa Cruz, а модели Genesis GV70 и Hyundai IONIQ 5 стали двумя из трех объявленных финалистов в категории «Кроссоверы и внедорожники».
